eFoil Lesson & Rental Agreement

This agreement governs your participation in eFoil lessons and equipment rentals provided by Adventure Elevated. By booking a lesson or rental, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

eFoiling is an inherently active water sport. Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions from Adventure Elevated staff, wear provided safety equipment, and operate rented equipment only within the conditions and areas approved by our team.

Adventure Elevated reserves the right to modify or cancel a booking due to weather, water conditions, equipment availability, or participant readiness. The full terms below outline booking, cancellation, liability, and privacy details for your reservation.

Reservations may be cancelled or rescheduled subject to the timeframes communicated at the time of booking. Adventure Elevated may cancel or reschedule a lesson or rental when weather or water conditions make participation unsafe, and will work with you to find an alternative time or arrange a refund where applicable.

Adventure Elevated collects only the information needed to process your booking, communicate with you about your reservation, and operate our lessons and rentals safely. We do not sell your personal information.
